SAVE YOUR CHILDREN
DURING a cenacle in the United States, a Marian priest, Father Stephan Gobbi of Italy, was asked how parents could save their children who had been led astray or were in danger of being seduced by the allurements of the world and false religions, led like little lambs to the slaughter as it were.
He answered:
PRAY the Rosary
EVERY TIME you pray the Rosary say:
"I bind all my children to the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
Our Lady "will see to their souls."

Prayers to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Prayers to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
O most pure heart of Mary, full of goodness, show your love towards us. Let the flame of your heart, O Mary, descend on all people. We love you immensely. Impress on our hearts true love so that we long for you. O Mary, gentle and humble of heart, remember us when we sin. You know that all people sin. Grant that through your most pure and motherly heart, we may be healed from every spiritual sickness. Grant that we may always experience the goodness of your motherly heart, and that through the flame of your heart we may be converted. Amen.
Father, You prepared the heart of the Virgin Mary to be a fitting home for Your Holy Spirit. By her prayers, may we become more worthy temples of Your glory. Grant this through Our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen.
MARY IMMACULATE NOVENA
O MARY IMMACULATE, Lily of Purity, I congratulate thee,
because from the very first instant of thy conception
thou wast filled with grace. I thank and adore the
Most Holy Trinity for having imparted to thee favors so sublime.
O, Mary, full of grace, help me to share, even though just a little,
in the fullness of grace so wonderfully bestowed on thee,
in thine Immaculate Conception. With lively confidence in thy
never-failing intercession, we beseech thee to obtain for us
the intentions of this Novena [mention them] and also that purity
of mind, heart and body necessary to unite us with God. Amen.
NOVENA PRAYER
IMMACULATE HEART of Mary, full of love for God and mankind,
and of compassion for sinners, I consecrate myself entirely to you.
I entrust to you the salvation of my soul. May my heart be ever
united with yours, so that I may hate sin, love God, and my
neighbor, and reach eternal life together with those whom I love.
Mediatrix of All Graces and Mother of Mercy, remember
the infinite treasure which your Divine Son has merited by His
sufferings and which He has confided to you for us, your children.
Filled with confidence in your motherly Heart, which I venerate
and love, I come to you with my pressing needs.
Through the merits of your loving Heart, and for the sake of
the Sacred Heart of Jesus, obtain for me the favor I ask:
[Mention your request.]
Dearest Mother, if what I ask for should not be according to
God's Will, pray that I may receive that which will be of greater
benefit to my soul. May I experience the kindness of your
motherly Heart and the power of your intercession with Jesus
during life and at the hour of my death. Amen.
Consecration of the Family to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
and Immaculate Heart of Mary
(done traditionally on the Feast of the Holy Family)
Most Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, united in perfect love, as You look upon us with mercy and caring, we consecrate our hearts, our lives, our family to You. We know the beautiful example of your home in Nazareth was meant to be a model for each of our families. We hope to have, with your help, the unity and strong, enduring love You gave to one another.
May our home be filled with joy. May sincere affection, patience, tolerance and mutual respect be freely given to all. May our prayers be filled with the needs of others, not just ourselves and may we always be close to your sacraments. Bless those who are present, as well as those who are absent, both the living and the dead; may peace be among us and when we are tested, grant us the Christian acceptance of God's will.
Keep our family close to Your Hearts, may your special protection be with us always. Most Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, hear our prayers.

O Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth, rule over me, and teach me how to allow the Heart of Jesus to rule and triumph in me and around me, as it has ruled and triumphed in you. Amen.
Short daily renewal of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, I renew my consecration to you and to your Immaculate Heart. Please accept me, my dear Mother, and use me as you wish to accomplish your designs upon the world. I am all yours, my Mother, my Queen, and all that I have is yours.

About the Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Devotion to the
Immaculate Heart of Mary
Luke 2:19: But Mary kept all these words, pondering them in her heart
Historically, devotion to the Heart of Mary can be traced to the twelfth century with such writers as St. Anselm (d. 1109) and St. Bernard of Clairvaux (d. 1153) who is considered as one of the most influential writers in Marian devotion. St. Bernardine of Siena ( 1380- 1444) has been called the Doctor of the Heart of Mary due to his writings on Mary's heart. He wrote, "from her heart, as from a furnace of Divine Love, the Blessed Virgin spoke the words of the most ardent love." St. John Eudes (1601 -1680) helped by his writings to begin a renewal in this devotion. Both Pope Leo XIII and Pope St. Pius X called him, "the father, Doctor, and Apostle of the liturgical cult of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary." Even two decades before the first liturgical celebrations in honor of the Heart of Jesus, St. John Eudes and his followers observed February 8th as the feast of the Heart of Mary as early as 1643. Pope Pius VII (d. 1823) extended its celebration to any diocese or congregation requesting it.Devotion to Mary's Heart has a greater flowering following the manifestation of the Miraculous Medal to St. Catherine Laboure in 1830 and the Appearances of' Our Lady in Fatima.
Devotion to the Immaculate Heart became more popularized after Mary's appearing to the three young shepherd children at Fatima, Portugal in 1917 (before the Russian Revolution), when she asked that Russia be consecrated to her Immaculate Heart to prevent the spread of "the errors of Russia." Eight years later, in 1925, Mary appeared to one of the visionaries -- Lucia, who'd since become a nun -- and requested reparations for the various ways in which her Immaculate Heart was offended -- such as attacks against her Immaculate Conception, virginity and divine maternity, and for those who teach their children contempt of Mary or who insult her by desecrating her
To make these reparations, she asked that we do 5 things, all with the intention of making reparation to her Immaculate Heart:
* recite at least Five Decades of the Rosary every day
* wear the Brown Scapular
* offer our daily duty to God as an act of sacrifice (ie., make the Morning Offering )
* make Five First Saturdays of Reparation to Her Immaculate Heart (see below)
* the Pope, in union with all the bishops of the world, must consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. Russia would be converted through this means, and a period of peace to be given to the world. If this is not done (and it hasn't been done), Russia will "spread her errors throughout the world." This consecration must be of Russia -- not "the world," but Russia by name.
The "First Saturdays of Reparation" was not a new devotion, but it was even more popularized after Our Lady appeared at Fatima. It consists of, on the first Saturday of each month for five consecutive months:
* going to Confession(may be 8 days before the Saturday as long as one stays in a state of grace)
* receiving the Eucharist
* praying 5 decades of the Rosary including the Fatima Prayer
* "keeping her company" for 15 minutes while meditating on all of the Mysteries of the Rosary with the intention of making reparation to her. This can be done by reading Scripture or other writings relevant to the Mysteries, meditating on pictures of the Mysteries, or simple meditation.
The promise given by Mary to those who make the First Saturday devotion is her assistance at the hour of their death.
